Here's a copy of the tab for "Lament" from OLGA. I fortunately had kept
a local copy. I think OLGA has shut down at Nevada and I haven't found any
mirrors anywhere. If you spot OLGA anywhere send me the address please.
As it says, this tab was produced by Scott Lillis and Kurt Colville.
I don't necessarily agree with it. Particularly at the beginning I think
the chords are fuller than just twin notes.

Just as before, all notes are sustained. Please note that "11\\0"
and "13\\2" denote pull-offs from 11 to 10 (not 0) and 13 to 12,
resp., while "10/11" denotes the usual hammer-on from 10 to 11. Distortion
plays a big part of the sound here, so let 'em ring. Also, the rhythm gets
very tricky. Hammer-ons and pull-offs should be rather subtle.
