All of the tabs I've looked at for this song seem to have mistakes... At least according to my ear. I spent a couple of hours with the slowed-down recording today, and this is what I came up with. Granted, I find a couple of these chords kind of impossible to play... But I assume Mr. Fripp doesn't have that problem. :)
