When you listen to the album, you may feel sometimes that Robert Fripp lets ring all the notes of the first arpeggio, this include the C and C#. So I give you two positions. The first lets ring all the notes but you have to play it kindly because the dissonance between the C and C# have to be light.

There is no problem to work the First Position because Robert Fripp plays those kinds of chords further in the song. (And it's also a good exercice !)
